Privacy policy

By using our website and services, you leave certain data with us. This may include personal data: information that can be directly or indirectly traced back to you. Lyfto (trade name of Groei met Data B.V., registered with the Chamber of Commerce under KVK number: 969 251 91) stores and uses only the personal data that is provided directly by you or which is clearly intended to be provided to us upon submission.

  1. Personal data we process

    Lyfto processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide this data to us yourself. Below is an overview of the personal data we process: first and last name, gender, address details, telephone number, email address, other personal data that you actively provide (for example, in correspondence and by telephone), location data, data about your activities on our website, internet browser, and device type.


  2. Special and/or sensitive personal data we process

    Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors who are under 16 years of age, unless they have permission from parents or a guardian. However, we cannot verify whether a visitor is older than 16. We therefore recommend that parents be involved in their children's online activities. If you are convinced that we have collected personal information about a minor without that consent, please contact us at info@lyfto.com, and we will delete this information.


  3. For what purpose and on what basis we process personal data

    Lyfto processes your personal data for the following purposes: processing your payment, sending our newsletter and/or advertising brochure, to be able to call or email you if necessary to perform our services, to inform you about changes to our services and products, to offer you the opportunity to create an account, and to deliver goods and services to you. Additionally, Lyfto analyzes your behavior on the website to improve the website and processes personal data if we are legally obliged to do so, such as for our tax returns.


  4. Automated decision-making

    Lyfto does not make decisions based on automated processing regarding matters that can have (significant) consequences for individuals. This refers to decisions taken by computer programs or systems without human intervention.


  5. How long we retain personal data

    Lyfto does not store your personal data longer than is strictly necessary to realize the goals for which your data is collected. We apply the following maximum retention periods: 4 years for contact forms, quote forms, email inquiries, and other forms; 2 years for job application forms; until unsubscription for the newsletter; and 7 years for customer data.


  6. Sharing personal data with third parties

    Lyfto does not sell your data to third parties and will only provide it if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. With companies that process your data on our behalf, we conclude a data processing agreement to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality.

  8. Accessing, modifying, or deleting data

    You have the right to view, correct, or delete your personal data. You also have the right to withdraw your consent or object to the processing of your personal data by Lyfto, and you have the right to data portability. You can send a request to info@lyfto.com. To ensure the request is made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your ID with the request, blacking out your photo, MRZ (machine readable zone), passport number, and BSN (citizen service number) to protect your privacy.
